Dont you hate it when you write a whole post and forget to save it?!
Grrrr.
Anyways, short version now:
Today was spent op-shopping with my sister while we looked for furniture (her for the shop, me for home). We didnt really find much, but i did pick up these old scales...
And just hanging out with my sister was fun anyway.
ETA: i forgot to share some pretty cool news...Tash was featured in this months Precinct magazine!
(my pics are really blurry....sorry!)
Trying to figure out what were going to do for Halloween this year. We were told that no one really celebrates Halloween in this neighborhood :(
But i can't bear the thought of taking the kids trick-or-treating anymore! I want TJ to have the same fun his brothers and sis always had. In our old neighborhood, no one really celebrated either... way back when. But we persisted, decorating our house (inside and out) like crazy and welcoming trick-or-treaters every year. Eventually, it caught on and other neighbors satrted joinging in too. Should i be so bold as to attempt this in my new neighborhood? What if i just endjust making the neighbors hate us?
Well, anyway, as i try and figure out what i'm going to do, heres some inspiration from Pinterest to get me (and you) motivated.
A great and effective way to dress up furniture for Halloween...
Love this cute little ghost family....
love love LOVE this front door!
More cute little ghosties....
These are so cute! Would be a great costume idea for a couple...
And i love this painting! If we do get dressed up this year, this picture will be the inspiration for my costume!
