This morning was beautiful. I got up early and walked along the beach, got a morning coffee and walked back. I love the gloomy weather... And the ocean looks amazing.

I would love to live close enough to the ocean to take a morning walk! Well, since I am not a morning person I guess it would have to be a sunset walk... Beautiful picture...
i just read 'your story' you are the bravest woman in the world and i am so proud of you! thankyou for sharing your story, i am in the process of leaving my verbally abusive husband, my story is not as bad as yours, but i also hid in the bathroom, believed, really believed it must be me, and saw the look on peoples faces as i tried to tell them what he was like - "your husband is lovely", our bruises are on the inside. i wish you only happiness and love to you and your beautiful children.
